Japanese-style bio pulp panels for an oriental acoustic solution
Besides improving acoustics, are aesthetics and sustainability high on your list of priorities? The Baux Bio Pulp Panels are the ideal solution! With three patterns reminiscent of the art of origami, there are various pattern combinations and endless possibilities to mix, match and harmonise with different room designs. The final effect is an acoustic wall in a minimalist Japanese atmosphere.

Sustainability as a big plus
The Bio Pulp Panels are made of 100% biodegradable materials. It is made of cellulose, pulp from Swedish pine trees and recycled water. It also consists of wheat bran, potato starch, vegetable wax and citrus peel. These are added for colour, binding, structure and fire resistance. So no chemicals have been added, making Bio Pulp Panels score thickly 3 stars on the sustainability front.

These are your options
Pulp panels can only be purchased per box of six. So with a size of 100 x 50 cm, you create a large acoustic wall of three square metres. You can choose from three different patterns: Energy, Pulse and Sense. The panels are only available in the standard colour because paint is harmful to the environment. The colour of the panels is determined by the 5% wheat bran added during production.

BAUX products
Ideal about Baux's other products is that, unlike other acoustic products, they are also suitable for installation in rooms that are more humid, such as bathrooms or open kitchens in the hospitality industry. The acoustic wood tiles have a certain PH value that prevents mould from settling in the material, in addition, this will prevent the wood from rotting. The material is water-resistant and equalises humidity by absorbing but also repelling moisture from the air. As a result, it has a positive impact on the indoor climate. Wood tiles also have a thermal function. They can also be used to save on energy bills. This is because the wood wool stores heat from the environment and emits it when the temperature drops. Of course, the material is also fire-resistant.
