Shipping and Returns

Delivery times
At Akoestiek Label, we aim to offer the largest and most complete collection of acoustic products — not just the full product range of our brands, but often every finish those products are available in. Delivery times can therefore vary considerably:

• Products we have in stock are delivered within 1 to 2 business days
• Products our suppliers have in stock are usually delivered within 5 to 10 business days
• Products in a special colour or fabric, or custom-made products, can have a delivery time of several weeks

To keep you optimally informed, we state the delivery time per product on the product page. Feel free to contact us if the indicative delivery time doesn't suit your needs, or if you'd like a concrete delivery date.

Order confirmation
After completing your order, you'll receive an email within one business day with the expected delivery date. If your order is delayed, we'll inform you as soon as we're aware of it. For larger orders, orders in a special colour or fabric, custom-made products, and products we need to install for you, we always contact you to coordinate the details.

Delivery address
Unless stated otherwise, we use the invoice address you provided as the delivery address.

Exchanges, returns and refunds
Not happy with your ordered product? Return it within 14 days in its original packaging and you'll receive a full refund. The cost of the return shipment is for your own account.

An exception applies to custom-made products. Almost all products in our webshop are custom-made: they're manufactured specifically to size and colour by our manufacturers and suppliers. Custom-made products are therefore excluded from the right to return. If there's a technical fault, or, for example, the wrong colour was delivered, please contact us so we can resolve it for you. If you're unsure whether your product falls within our return policy, please contact us before completing your order.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. This period expires 14 days after you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) physically receives the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Akoestiek Label, Warder 77, 1473PD Warder, [email protected], phone: +31 085 060 9710) of your decision via an unambiguous statement, for example by email or post.
If you withdraw from the agreement, you will receive all payments made up to that point, including standard delivery costs, as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for such reimbursement.
You must return the product without delay, and in any case within 14 days of informing us of your decision, to us. The direct cost of returning the product is for your own account. You are only liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
