General Terms and Conditions

The following terms apply to all orders placed with Akoestiek Label.

Delivery times
At Akoestiek Label, we aim to offer the largest and most complete collection of acoustic products. Delivery times can therefore vary considerably:

• Products we have in stock are delivered within 1 to 2 business days
• Products our suppliers have in stock are usually delivered within 5 to 10 business days
• Products in a special colour or fabric, or custom-made products, can have a delivery time of several weeks

The indicative delivery time per product is shown on the product page. Please feel free to contact us if the stated delivery time doesn't suit your needs, or if you'd like a concrete delivery date.

Order confirmation
After completing your order, you will receive an email within one business day with the expected delivery date. If your order is delayed for any reason, we will inform you as soon as we are aware of it. For larger orders, orders in a special colour or fabric, and custom-made products, we always contact you to coordinate the details.

Delivery address
Unless stated otherwise, we use the invoice address you provided as the delivery address.

Payment
You can pay us via iDeal, Bancontact, credit card, or pay later through our payment partner Mollie. For business orders from €1,500 excl. VAT with a longer delivery time, it's possible to pay a 50% deposit when ordering and the remaining 50% on delivery. See also our payment methods page.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. This period expires 14 days after you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) physically receives the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Akoestiek Label, Warder 77, 1473PD Warder, [email protected], phone: +31 085 060 9710) of your decision via an unambiguous statement, for example by email or post.
If you withdraw from the agreement, you will receive all payments made up to that point, including standard delivery costs, as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days of us being informed of your decision. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the product back, or you have demonstrated that you have returned it.
You must return the product without delay, and in any case within 14 days of informing us of your decision to withdraw. The direct cost of returning the product is for your own account. You are only liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exception for custom-made products
Almost all products in our webshop are custom-made: they are manufactured specifically to size and colour by our affiliated manufacturers and suppliers, precisely tailored to your wishes. Custom-made products are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal. If there is a technical fault, or something else has gone wrong (such as delivery in the wrong colour), please contact us so we can resolve it for you. If you're unsure whether your product falls under the right of withdrawal, please contact us before completing your order.

Applicable law
Dutch law applies to all agreements with Akoestiek Label.
