How can I see if an item is in stock?

We give an indication of the delivery time on the product page or in the shopping basket. Items with a delivery time of three working days are in stock. Other items are not in stock and are backordered or are custom-made (such as a complete sound studio). For both custom-made and out-of-stock items, backorder status will be shown.

Can I change my delivery address?

Depending on the time of your order and the stage of the order process at the Acoustics Store, it is sometimes still possible to change your delivery address. Please call us to do so (on working days from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.). We will then check with you what is possible.

Can I also collect my order?

Yes, orders via the webshop can be collected from our physical shop the xxx in xxx, on weekdays from 08:30 to 16:00 (do not forget to bring your order confirmation and a valid ID).
