Delivery times
At Acoustics Label, we strive to offer visitors to our online department store the largest and most complete collection. This means not only the complete product range of those brands, but often also all the versions in which those products are available.
As a result, delivery times can vary greatly:
- Products we have in stock will be delivered within 1 to 2 working days
- Products held in stock by our suppliers are usually delivered between 5 and 10 working days
- Products with special colours, upholstery or products that need to be custom-made may take several weeks as delivery time.
To inform you optimally about the delivery time of the product of your interest, we indicate the delivery times for each product on the product page. Naturally, we always strive to meet your desired delivery time. Therefore please always contact contact us if the indicative delivery time on the product page does not suit you or if you would like to know a more concrete delivery date.
Confirmation of your order
After completing your order, you will receive an e-mail within one working day with the expected delivery date so that you are optimally informed. Should your order be delayed for any reason, we will inform you as soon as we are notified.
For larger orders or orders for products in a special colour or upholstery and custom-made products, we will always contact you to coordinate things when necessary. This also happens for delivery of products that we have to assemble or "move in" for you.
Delivery address
Unless otherwise specified, we will use the billing address provided as the delivery address. If you would like your order to be delivered to an address other than the billing address, you can use your account fill in the shipping address.
Exchanges, returns and refunds
Naturally, we hope you are very satisfied with your ordered product. In the unlikely event that you do not like your purchase, return the product in its original packaging within 14 days and you will receive a full refund. You will then have to bear the cost of the return shipment.
An exception to this rule is when you have custom-made products. Almost all products in Acoustics Label's online shop are custom-made products. Each product offers options to customise products to your own personal style and taste. All products ordered are specially manufactured to size and colour by our affiliated manufacturers and suppliers. Each order is therefore personalised and put together exactly for you. Please note that customised products are therefore excluded from the right of return. Should there be a technical error in these or if it appears that the requirements of your purchase have not been met in some other way (such as delivery of the wrong colour), we ask you to contact with us so we can make sure you do become satisfied with your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot take back custom-made products, nor will we refund the cost. If you are unsure whether your product is within or outside the return policy, you can always contact with us before finalising your order so we can inform you exactly.
Herroepingsrecht
Herroepingsrecht voor goederen U heeft het recht om binnen 14 dagen zonder opgave van redenen de overeenkomst te herroepen. De herroepingstermijn verstrijkt 14 dagen na de dag waarop u of een door u aangewezen derde, die niet de vervoerder is, het goed fysiek in bezit krijgt.
Om het herroepingsrecht uit te oefenen, moet u ons (Akoestiek Label, Christiaen Huygensstraat 1, 1131 VB Volendam, info@akoestieklabel.nl, Telefoon: +31 020 808 7090) via een ondubbelzinnige verklaring (bv. schriftelijk per post of e-mail) op de hoogte stellen van uw beslissing de overeenkomst te herroepen. U kunt hiervoor gebruikmaken van het bijgevoegde modelformulier voor herroeping, maar bent hiertoe niet verplicht.
Om de herroepingstermijn na te leven volstaat het om uw mededeling betreffende uw uitoefening van het herroepingsrecht te verzenden voordat de herroepingstermijn is verstreken.
Gevolgen van de herroeping Als u de overeenkomst herroept, ontvangt u alle betalingen die u tot op dat moment heeft gedaan, inclusief leveringskosten (met uitzondering van eventuele extra kosten ten gevolge van uw keuze voor een andere wijze van levering dan de door ons geboden goedkoopste standaard levering) onverwijld en in ieder geval niet later dan 14 dagen nadat wij op de hoogte zijn gesteld van uw beslissing de overeenkomst te herroepen, van ons terug.
Wij betalen u terug met hetzelfde betaalmiddel als waarmee u de oorspronkelijke transactie heeft verricht, tenzij u uitdrukkelijk anderszins heeft ingestemd; in ieder geval zullen u voor zulke terugbetaling geen kosten in rekening worden gebracht. Wij mogen wachten met terugbetaling tot wij de goederen hebben terug gekregen, of u heeft aangetoond dat u de goederen heeft teruggezonden, al naar gelang welk tijdstip eerst valt.
U dient de goederen onverwijld, doch in ieder geval niet later dan 14 dagen na de dag waarop u het besluit de overeenkomst te herroepen aan ons heeft medegedeeld, aan ons terug te zenden of te overhandigen. U bent op tijd als u de goederen terugstuurt voordat de termijn van 14 dagen is verstreken. De directe kosten van het terugzenden van de goederen komen voor uw rekening. U bent alleen aansprakelijk voor de waardevermindering van de goederen die het gevolg is van het gebruik van de goederen, dat verder gaat dan nodig is om de aard, de kenmerken en het werking van de goederen vast te stellen.
