The panel Cherry by Akomo is an acoustic hanging panel for the ceiling, optionally fitted with lighting. With its rounded shape, this design references a cherry — and especially in dark red, the comparison is easy to make. The velvety look gives a soft feel to any interior. In both high-ceilinged and low-ceilinged spaces, such as meeting rooms or private interiors, this solution helps optimise the acoustics. These pendant fixtures are available in two sizes and twelve different colours.

Flocking technology
All products are finished in colour using flocking technology. Flock consists of tiny coloured fibres applied to an adhesive layer. This technique is comparable to how an animal's fur retains warmth: the fibres stand upright on the adhesive layer and capture extra sound in the space between them. By choosing a coloured panel or lighting element, you automatically also choose improved sound absorption.

Panel Cherry is available in two sizes: Cherry 400, with a diameter of 40 cm, and Cherry 600, with a diameter of 60 cm. The panel can be flocked in twelve different colours and is also available with a lighting element.
