Pendant Lamp Coletta brings design and acoustics together
Pendant Lamp Coletta is an acoustic solution built from geometric building blocks, combined to your own taste in different shapes and colours. The lamp works especially well for acoustic optimisation, but is also great fun as ambience lighting. The pendant lamp is easy to install — each unit is hung individually, and both the height and hanging angle are easily adjustable. This way you quickly and easily create a playful whole.

Made from Basotect melamine foam
All Akomo products are made from Basotect melamine foam. This soft melamine foam absorbs sound waves and reduces reverberation by up to 90%. The exact acoustic improvement naturally depends on the space and the placement of the acoustic solution. This material can also be made in any colour and shape, giving you an enormous range of choice.

Pendant Lamp Coletta comes in 12 different colours. Put together your own lamp via a quote request. You build the lamp from one or more blocks of your choice. There are five different shapes to make combinations with, so the possibilities are endless.

Flocking technology
All products are finished in colour using flocking technology. Flock consists of tiny coloured fibres applied to an adhesive layer. This technique is comparable to how an animal's fur retains warmth: the fibres stand upright on the adhesive layer and capture extra sound in the space between them. By choosing a coloured panel or lighting element, you automatically also choose improved sound absorption.
